I have become very familiar with the weekly visits of the Haematology Clinic and always feel very comfortable waiting for my appointments. The receptionist are always polite and friendly and the Friend's Cafe volunteers always busy and committed to their jobs. I think the blood nurses do an amazing job and are always sensitive to my situation. There is great respect and camaraderie among all the staff ad as such the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. A special mention for Shona who came up now to chat and check if all is OK. She does this with everyone - she's a ray of sunshine. :-)

My care in your hospital was 100%, doctors and nurses very helpful, cheerful and caring. Doc Seuss and staff who attended to me was very good. Spoke in words I could understand and answer any questions myself or my son who was caring for my health. Well run hospital. Clean, food, good plenty to choose from.

Since coming to the hospital I have had very good prompt service. All staff have been approachable. I cannot think for myself anything that can be improved.

I came every week to have blood taken and just wanted to say that every time I do the nurses here are always so friendly! They don't need to chat, but they make extra effort which is lovely. Also see to everyone very swiftly and I've never been kept waiting very long.

Thank you to all the staff in the ward for their support and care to enable me to go home quickly. They all do a great job work very hard long hours deserve all the money they earn.
I felt the noise in the ward was disruptive of a night. Machines, alarms loud talking. Also I had limited space around my bed, nut we all managed to get by.

All the nurses and staff looked after us really well.
